The SYHA Annual Meeting will take place on Sunday May 20th at 6pm at the Floral Street School in Shrewsbury.

We will review the past season and go over the budget and plans for the upcoming season.  We will also announce the team placements for 2012 -2013 season.

We also have a few board positions that will be open for the upcoming season and need volunteers to fill them.  Our association is only as strong as the volunteers who step in to give their  time to organize and run the organization.  We will vote on new board members at the annual meeting.  First year board members usually have jobs that are light in work and responsibility.

Also, our current Treasurer is resigning and we need somone to fill the role for the upcoming season.   Due to the importance of the role, we waive the season fee the child of the treasurer.  Quickbooks experience is required for the Treasurer position.

We hope to see everyone at the meeting.
